- Blender
- 15 medium strawberries
- a banana
- 4 cups of plain yogurt
- a splash of milk
- Spoon
- Mixing Bowl
- Measuring Jug
- Knife
- Chopping board
- (optional) Honey
- First remove the leafy green top of the strawberries and cut them all in half
- Slice up the banana.
- Add them and the 4 cups of plain yogurt into a mixing bowl, a splash of milk and a couple of generous teaspoons of honey.
- Then blend the mixture together until there are no bits left.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool and serve with a strawberry and mint leaf on top.
